On a balmy summer evening in late July, Genevieve and Matthew said “I do” at The Barn at Wolf Creek, a quaint and historic venue near Akron, Ohio. Nestled among a tree farm, The Barn at Wolf Creek offered a cozy and rustic setting for their nuptials, with a spacious barn that welcomed their guests for the reception.

The couple fell in love with The Barn at Wolf Creek for its natural beauty and intimate ambiance, as well as its versatility to create their wedding according to their vision. Diana Warner, their wedding planner, created simple and elegant decor, with white flowers, greenery, lanterns, and fairy lights. They also added some sentimental details, such as pictures of their dating journey and their loved ones. The photos were hung on a string with clothespins.

The wedding ceremony was held under one of the redwoods that they named “The Kissing Tree”, where they exchanged their vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their loved ones. The reception followed in the barn, where they savored delicious food provided by Barrio and Thyme Traveler food trucks. Barrio served tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and other Mexican delights, while Thyme Traveler offered sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts made with fresh and local ingredients. The guests raved about the variety and quality of the food trucks.

The couple rocked their entrance with the help of UFC announcer Bruce Buffer’s voice. It was a epic introduction that had everyone cheering and laughing. It was like being at a UFC match, but with more kisses and less punches.
