CLEVELAND EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES
This event photography pricing applies to candid event photographer work at conferences, trade shows, meetings, gatherings, activities, retreats, workshops, parties, concerts, and theater.
Additional fees apply for wedding photographer, mitzvah photographer, and proposal photographer work.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By scheduling or using my services, you agree to these event-specific Terms and Conditions as well as my global Terms and Conditions.
Your appointment is confirmed only after you sign my agreement and receive a confirmation email. I do not hold dates without a signed agreement.
Once the agreement is signed, I decline all other event inquiries for your reserved date. If you cancel your event after signing, you agree to pay 50% of the total project fee as a cancellation fee.
Photographs are delivered only after full payment is received. Wire transfer payments include a $15 processing fee. Prices and services may change without notice.
A $100 per-hour travel fee may apply for distant locations or when start or end times require travel during heavy traffic. This fee includes mileage and tolls.
There is a $150 fee for canceling or rescheduling within three hours of your appointment, or for canceling twice.
Weekend events may require a three-hour minimum booking. This requirement is applied at my discretion.
The discounted rate applies to payments made by cash, check, Zelle, ACH, or wire transfer. Credit card payments are accepted at the non-discounted rate. Domestic credit card payments add 3% to the total. International credit card payments add 5.5% to the pre-tax total. If you prefer to pay by credit card, let me know and I will send an electronic invoice. Wire transfers require adding $15 to the total.
You understand that weather conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, wind, rain, snow, or sleet may negatively affect outdoor event photography.
As partial compensation for my services, you grant me the right to use your photographs for marketing my studio. Names of non-celebrity subjects are never used with images.
I am not responsible for a subject’s physical appearance, including hair, makeup, facial hair, body hair, perspiration, tattoos, jewelry, eyeglass glare, wardrobe issues, or body image concerns.
Your project begins at the scheduled start time, even if you arrive late.
For sessions with a signed agreement or prepayment, I will wait up to 30 minutes. For sessions without a signed agreement or prepayment, I will wait up to 15 minutes.
I am not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Any liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
Availability is first-come, first-served. A $1,000 minimum may apply to far-future bookings. Please inquire for details.
Photographs are delivered in chronological order in a single online gallery. Requests for custom gallery organization may require additional fees.
Wedding-related events and mitzvah events must be disclosed before booking. If not disclosed, I reserve the right to collect additional fees before beginning work or to decline coverage.
